Well Done Go Deeper in your prayer live. Pray without seeking. Message from Lisa Nova from Australia
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
Prayer Changes Everything
Because it releases God’s wisdom into your circumstances.
We often treat prayer like a last resort.
Something we reach for when we’ve exhausted our strength, our ideas, and our control.
But prayer was never meant to be our backup plan.
It’s the doorway to divine wisdom, peace, and power.
“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.” James 1:5
Prayer invites God into the center of our reality.
It’s how we surrender our limited understanding and receive His infinite wisdom.
And when God’s wisdom enters a situation, everything changes.
Why Does Prayer Matter?
Because when you pray, you are:
• Seeking God's will above your own.
• Aligning your heart with Heaven’s perspective.
• Opening your life to His counsel, correction, and comfort.
“In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.” Proverbs 3:6
You may not see the answer immediately.
The situation may still look the same.
But prayer begins a shift not just around you, but within you.
It renews your mind, calms your heart and unlocks wisdom.
And it reminds you that you are not alone.
When You Don’t Know What to Do…
Sometimes we don’t need more information, we need revelation. True, right??
God’s wisdom is holy instruction.
It leads to peace when the world says panic.
Says, “wait,” when the flesh says, “act.”
Gives strength when you want to give up.
So pray.
Pray like it matters because it does.
Pray like God is listening, because He is.
And pray knowing this: you never leave prayer the same.
Prayer
Lord, I confess that I often run to solutions before I run to You. But today, I pause and pray.
I ask for Your wisdom to lead me, correct me, and strengthen me. Guide my decisions. Calm my anxious thoughts. Replace confusion with clarity. Your ways are higher than mine, and I trust You. In Jesus’ name, AMEN.

Well Done Never Ending Observation Monday Morning Feb 9, 2026
Proverbs 9:9 ...
Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser:
teach a just man, and he will increase in learning.
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom:
and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.
For by me thy days shall be multiplied,
and the years of thy life shall be increased.
If thou be wise, thou shalt be wise for thyself:
but if thou scornest, thou alone shalt bear it.
Ecclesiastics 9:9...
Live joyfully with the wife whom thou lovest all the days of the life of thy vanity, which he hath given thee under the sun, all the days of thy vanity: for that is thy portion in this life, and in thy labour which thou takest under the sun. Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.
Song of Solomon 1:15...
Behold, thou art fair, my love; behold, thou art fair;
thou hast doves' eyes.
Behold, thou art fair, my beloved, yea, pleasant:
also our bed is green.
The beams of our house are cedar,
and our rafters of fir.
Psalms 9:1...
I will praise thee, O LORD, with my whole heart;
I will shew forth all thy marvellous works.
I will be glad and rejoice in thee:
I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High.
Psalm 9:11
Sing praises to the LORD, which dwelleth in Zion:
declare among the people his doings.
John 9:4-5
I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work. As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.
Genesis 9:11-17
And I will establish my covenant with you; neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth. And God said, This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations: I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth. And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud: And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh. And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth. And God said unto Noah, This is the token of the covenant, which I have established between me and all flesh that is upon the earth.
Job 9:27
If I say, I will forget my complaint,
I will leave off my heaviness, and comfort myself:

Reminds me Canada is now going to impose a VAT on the retail wealth clients, so a wealth tax on the mutual fund assets , will be a significant tax on the investor 13% on trailer fees which are approximately 1% of the asset base. The wealth management firm can deduct the ITC on this, so not as impactful on them, the already figure this out on their fee based assets. It does level the playing field I suppose, however it appears to me a tax advantage for the government and a disadvantage to a large percentage of investors across Canada who previously did not pay this tax, maybe I am wrong, looking like a good fund raiser and non tax deductible expense on the backs of the wealth of a large percentage of Canadians. I might add, all the articles I have read on this is how important it is for the mutual fund company to up date their accounting system to collect the tax, keep track of the ITC that the already pay out so the can send the correct net difference to CRA . Media matter's . Be interesting what the number is estimated to cost investors and what the net gain will be for the Country ( CRA is just the tax collector and enforcement department )
Reflection on the situation , good article, seems balanced, sounds like the goose is on life support, perhaps it's needed to save the goose that lays the golden eggs. No doubt the goose eats to much . I have family who moved there a generation ago and made a beautiful life there , I do get the impression that they feel taxed heavily, it has changed , I have a impression that the weather is pleasant there. It's -25C 2 feet from me at the moment , 11C outside at my cousins where they live in California in the night warming up to 25 C this afternoon, pleasant enough, everything in perspective, we got no rattlesnakes in my back yard. No high steel fences or a line of automatic gates around each property down or road or in our town. Yes the goose eats to much, we all could most likely eat a little less and be better off.
A good estimate on taxes is wise management. Everyones risk perspective is different, best practice is to leave a buffer after a solid estimate of taxes is determined, then and one can make a safe distribution without stalling all payouts to beneficiaries. Morning Routines JR
It's necessary to become a morning person , be in charge of your day, own it before it begins, plan it
I need to have this done for me , my email box is not well, nearing 40,000 unread current, have not been able to catch up.
I haven't read my emails since June 2022.
That's when I hired my first Executive Assistant Ann and completely changed how I operate.
That single hire freed up 15+ hours weekly.
Here's the system we use (so you can replicate it for yourself):
Step 1: Master the twice-daily inbox protocol
Goal: Inbox zero by 10 AM and 4 PM every day.
- Sort every email into 4 buckets: "Action needed," "Review required," "Waiting on response," "Archive"
- Handle 80% immediately with templates: "This is [Name], Dan's assistant. I got your email before he did and thought you'd appreciate a speedy reply..."
- Flag only emails that need strategic thinking (usually 3-5 daily)
- Archive everything else with proper labels (Receipts, Newsletters, Investment, etc.)
Never let emails pile up. Process everything immediately.
Step 2: Build the 10-minute daily sync agenda
This eliminates random interruptions all day.
- Yesterday's meeting action items and follow-ups
- Today's calendar review with missing details filled in
- Emails flagged that need my input (pre-sorted and prioritized)
- Current projects requiring decisions (with 3 solution options each)
- Tomorrow's priority planning
Same agenda every single day. Takes exactly 10 minutes.
Step 3: Create the perfect calendar system
Every meeting gets color-coded and audited.
- Red: Client work (never moved)
- Yellow: Team meetings (flexible timing)
- Blue: Protected time blocks (workouts, family, deep work)
- Green: Travel and logistics
Plus every invite requires: clear agenda, contact phone numbers, 20-minute default timing.
Step 4: Create meeting preparation standards
Walk into every conversation fully briefed.
- Background research on all attendees
- Previous conversation history and notes
- Relevant documents organized and accessible
- Clear agenda with desired outcomes defined
- Contact information for backup communication
Never get caught off guard again.
The transformation:
Email time: 2+ hours daily → 15 minutes daily
Calendar chaos: Constant stress → Smooth operations
Meeting prep: Scrambling → Always ready
Those reclaimed hours became business strategy, family time, and actual growth work.
Whether you implement these systems yourself or delegate them, the frameworks remain the same.
Most entrepreneurs think they can't afford this level of support.
The math is backwards: every hour you spend on $25/hour work costs you 20x in missed opportunities.
Stop trying to get better at work you shouldn't be doing. Start investing in people who can do it better than you ever will.

** Some individuals appear to be “allergic” to honest work, but opportunity is equally allergic to them.
------------------------------------------------------------
Some people shy away from honest work—and opportunity keeps its distance from them just as faithfully. In every profession and role, there comes a moment when results outweigh promises. Words may carry you for a time, but eventually performance tells the real story.
If you recognize a gap between what you say and what you do, let today mark a decision to change. It is possible to drift through life by doing only what is required, but doing so guarantees one thing: you will never know how far you could have gone had you been willing to give more. Opportunity is always drawn to those who respect effort and repelled by those who avoid it.

Think and Grow Rich, Chapter 7: Organized Planning (Going the Extra Mile)
Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah.” (Psalm 3:2)
The word Selah occurs 74 times in the Bible (three of which are in the prophetic psalm of Habakkuk, with the other 71 in the book of Psalms). The first of these occurrences is here in Psalm 3:2, and it also occurs at the end of verses 4 and 8, thus in effect dividing Psalm 3into three “stanzas.”
However, its exact meaning is uncertain. Most authorities think it is some kind of musical notation to be applied when the psalm was being sung with accompanying musical instrumentation. It suggests a pause of some kind, perhaps to allow the instruments to play a few notes while the singers were silent before proceeding with the next portion, possibly changing to a different key.
When the psalm is merely being read, however, as must often be the case, this explanation would be pointless. Thus, some think it indicates a brief pause for reflection on the truth just revealed before proceeding to the next point. Selah might, therefore, mean something like “think of that!”
In Psalm 3, as the first instance, verse 2 notes that many (perhaps originally those involved in Absalom’s rebellion against King David) are saying, “Not even God can help him now!” But then the psalmist remembers God’s promises. He prays and God answers, so now he can say, “Well, what do you think about that?” Both exclamations seem implied by his Selah.
Then in the third stanza, he stresses his security in his Lord. He can sleep and “not be afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set themselves against me round about. . . . Salvation belongeth unto the LORD: thy blessing is upon thy people” (Psalm 3:6, 8). So, what can you say about that, you enemies of God and His Word? (Selah). HMM

Let's make sure this is not a someday wish. Like life we should strive to let it be said "Well Done , good and faithful servant, you have been faithful in your Sunday activities, you did the basics, you made it to the church service, you greated friends and met strangers and introduced yourself to many of them. You payed attention to the announcements, you entered into worship, sang, listened, internalize the meaning of the poetry arranged to music and you worshiped like David. Maybe you kept your clothes on, but you certainly took your coat off. You left your hat at the cloak room with your coat. You gave your tithes, and you checked the math beforehand and worked that in your budget so it was part of your life, your Economic Domain with God in the centre of that part of your live. You listened and took notes as the pastors shared his message and you let the spirit challenge you as the message was received. You went to the alter to pray and pray for others. You got past your shyness and laid hands and prayed for those you are called to pray for. Let the Holy Spirit guide you, and you prayed for others by putting a hand on their shoulders and you raised the other in praise to the Lord, like you do in worship as you are worshiping, you speak encouraging words over your brother and you speak with the tongues of the angel as God knows what is required, May His will be done in your brothers life. You raise your hands in your worship times during the service and you sing praises to the Lord 🎶 You prayed for your wife and laid hands on her while you prayed and like wise for you child you carried him in your arms while you still can. He soon will be to big and will stand on his own. You linger after alter time and great brothers and sisters, you shake their hands, encourage them with a smile and a good word. When you get a chance you thank the pastor for his good word, encourage him and likewise for the worship team members that you meet.
Make your way home after the service and enjoy the rest of the day with your family.
Later you listen to the pastors message to reinforce his message. We have those records online this day.
Do some extra Bible reading and other good books , embrace the rest , the pause of the Sunday. Well Done beginnings for a Sunday.
Listen to Jim Rohn's message, full of encouragement, advise on how to be enough, time to do, to act, to become, make your life a good story, a story of legacy. You absolutely control your life's depth, make it your legacy, make it count.

One of my well done goals is to have a bible reading in the morning before I start my day. I have been fairly consistent throughout January.
I started reading from the end with Revelations. Just finished Acts this morning. Some of the books are short and you can read them in one sitting, others like Acts took a week.
My goal is to continue and February will get through the Gospels,
Mathew
Mark
Luke
John
Starting with John.
In a post this morning I write about a daily reading of Proverbs.
I also set a goal for daily reading of Ecclesiastics , which has 12 chapters, so approx a 2 week rotation. Song of Solomon has 8 chapters , so approximately a weekly rotation.
Weekly reflection for your relationship with your spouse
Bi-Weekly reflections on your life
Daily reflections of wisdom to keep you on track
These readings I did this morning by a combination of reading and listening from my Bible app. Listening is a good way to not fall behind.
Let's see how I do as I strive so it can be said Well Done thy good and faithful servant.
February 1st
a good day to set a goal to read / listen / study Proverbs
There is 31 Proverbs, one for every day of the average month.
This is a good habit to reinforce
" I set a goal to read daily a verse from Proverbs, Well Done thy good and faithful servant "
Proverbs 1
The proverbs of Solomon the son of David, king of Israel.
To know wisdom and instruction;
to perceive the words of understanding;
To receive the instruction of wisdom,
justice, and judgment, and equity;
To give subtilty to the simple,
to the young man knowledge and discretion.
A wise man will hear, and will increase learning;
and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels:
To understand a proverb, and the interpretation;
the words of the wise, and their dark sayings.
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge:
but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
My son, hear the instruction of thy father,
and forsake not the law of thy mother:
For they shall be an ornament of grace unto thy head,
and chains about thy neck.
My son, if sinners entice thee,
consent thou not.
If they say, Come with us, let us lay wait for blood,
let us lurk privily for the innocent without cause:
Let us swallow them up alive as the grave;
and whole, as those that go down into the pit:
We shall find all precious substance,
we shall fill our houses with spoil:
Cast in thy lot among us;
let us all have one purse:
My son, walk not thou in the way with them;
refrain thy foot from their path:
For their feet run to evil,
and make haste to shed blood.
Surely in vain the net is spread in the sight of any bird.
And they lay wait for their own blood;
they lurk privily for their own lives.
So are the ways of every one that is greedy of gain;
which taketh away the life of the owners thereof.
Wisdom crieth without;
she uttereth her voice in the streets:
She crieth in the chief place of concourse, in the openings of the gates:
in the city she uttereth her words, saying,
How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity?
and the scorners delight in their scorning,
and fools hate knowledge?
Turn you at my reproof:
behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you,
I will make known my words unto you.
Because I have called, and ye refused;
I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded;
But ye have set at nought all my counsel,
and would none of my reproof:
I also will laugh at your calamity;
I will mock when your fear cometh;
When your fear cometh as desolation,
and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind;
when distress and anguish cometh upon you.
Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer;
they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me:
For that they hated knowledge,
and did not choose the fear of the LORD:
They would none of my counsel:
they despised all my reproof.
Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way,
and be filled with their own devices.
For the turning away of the simple shall slay them,
and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them.
But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely,
and shall be quiet from fear of evil.
