Psalm 133:1-3

Listening to pastor , and it’s needful, and reminds me of what

I often say .. people are people whether they’re in the church or out of the church. We still contend with our humanity, and whether we walk in the spirit or the flesh, it all comes down to our walk with God.

Prayer can change the hearts of kings !

“The king’s heart is like a stream of water directed by the LORD; he guides it wherever he pleases.” Proverbs 21:1

Some good points from his message that should help you & encourage 👇

-Even with mowing your own lawn… You can offend people

-Assumptions being made

-Bitterness spreads

-Everything in your flesh wants to defend yourself

-Don’t allow someone’s dislike of you to hinder you that bondage is on them, not you.

-God sees you , He knows your heart.

-You will not allow offence poison your spirit or hinder what God wants to do in your life !

Well Done Statement - The Blessing

While attending a funeral today the Blessing was read by the minister. I pray a short form of this over my son every night when I put him down for the night for the last couple years, be close to all his life. To hear it read today was good for my soul. It also prompted me to expanding this prayer time for him. It is a powerful prayer, full of blessing. So I will work on it. First step is to find it.

Numbers 6:24-26 which says, “The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.” This verse is a reminder of God's promise to be with us and to bless us.

Camp Fires

Was listening to a program that was discussing values of courage, life and family, Kirk Cameron was being interviewed about a movie he was involved in producing, he brought up an idea he had during Covid, aroung the camp fire, he had over 100 campfires during the lock down, I remeber we were forbiden to have camp fires in my region ( that is kinda crazy if you think about it now ( I probably thought that at the time as well, lol) )

So I checked out what he has going on and this is a collection of some of his efforts, enjoy , perhaps we will see you at a camp fire in the future. In the meantime I encourage you to have and enjoy your own campfires ! TLR
