There may be some construction on Mississauga Road north of Barbertown Road which could affect your travel time.

    1. Parking - Please use the PORTICO parking lot for parking.  We have found in past years that latecomers may find parking a challenge.

We have arranged with the City of Mississauga to allow temporary parking near PORTICO including Barbertown Road, Amanda Place and Melody Place.  If you arrive late and cannot find parking in the PORTICO parking lot, you may park on these streets on November 7, 2019 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm(except where there are no parking signs).

    1. Lunch - If you have purchased a lunch, there will be a yellow lunch sticker on your name tag.  For your records, retrieve the receipt for your registration that is tucked inside your name tag.  Our lunch buffet will include wraps, sandwiches, salads, a light dessert, and a variety of drinks.

    • For those who have noted special dietary needs on their registration (vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free), arrangements have been made with the caterer to set aside these meals in the kitchen. Your name tag will have an indication of the dietary requirement to make sure you get the necessary meal.
